  1. Labour: As per International Labour Organization Standards, we do not employ any child labour or any workers below the age of 18 years. We employ workers after proper verification of documents like voter card, birth certificate, school leaving certificate etc. we totally against for forced labour.

  2. Working Hour: We maintain 8 hours working hours per date where 1 hour allotted for lunch break. Production process starts at 9.30 AM and finished in 5.30 PM.

  3. Discipline: For any misconduct or misbehaviour, workers must provide explanation to supervisors. If their explanation is not satisfactory, they should get punishment as per the company norms i.e. warning, suspension or termination of work.

  4. Leave: All workers can take 22 leaves in a year. They also get 12 holidays national and festival holidays per year. Sunday is the off day for all workers. Worker must inform a day earlier before they take any leave.

  5. Advance: We allow our workers to take advance for their own needs. And we do not charge any interest for that. Repayment of this amount should be done within an agreed timescale and adjusted from their wages.

  6. Eating Area: We are having separate eating are for workers to avoid any strain or damage of bags. We provide purified drinking water to all workers.

  7. Ventilation: All production areas are well ventilated and installed exhaust fans to remove flying fabric dusts and other particles during stitching.

  8. Print: We purchase colours from reputed brands. We use water based binder and AZO free inks for print.
